Not another software company...

With 20+ years of experience in the automotive industry our team comprises independent dealership owners, franchise dealership general managers, subprime finance managers and salespeople. We are not a team of coders or computer programmers (although we work with many) and we are not a ‘new age’ company trying to sell you our collective knowledge.

We have personally experienced the pains, fears and frustrations that come along with running a large scale dealership, and have suffered the fates of those we know some are struggling with at this moment. We know that feeling of working tirelessly day in and out competing with the dealers down the road to get the customer through the door but losing them due to poorly managed follow up processes without ever knowing what we did wrong. 

While they say that selling cars means you’re in the people business, one thing we understand more than others is that the people make this a people business. When the people of the business are happy, motivated and eager to succeed it’s like a well oiled engine but an engine alone cannot make the car move. It requires synergy with all the other moving parts, which is where most sales teams fail. By implementing a growth mindset with a holistic approach on the dealerships people, processes, systems, and technologies, we believe it is very possible for a dealership to increase its revenue month in-and-out. 

The automotive industry is in the midst of a technological evolution and we are here to help dealers and lead salespeople to finally reach their sales goals without the added headache that comes along with growth.
